The Care and Keeping of You by American Girls

This is quite a good book, clearly stating information about puberty. (and other important stuff) It is well organized, and you can check out whats coming up for you. I am experiencing puberty, and I turned to this book. It helps girls feel confident about themselves. I just love it!
